Upon attempting to leave the Mortisian Syndicate I received flak from GrandVitaMortem in my sleep. I had passively left the place hoping to finally separate myself from what has been destroying my mental health. By the time I have woken up I have received a 1 week temporary Timeout in the Mortisian Syndicate Discord and was removed from the VRC group.

Something I cannot verify but I have questioned Grand in the past, when are the creators such as myself going to receive money from the Discord subscription program. I was told we never made enough to pull the money out and believed it, now I know this is a lie. $100.00 USD could be spent nearly every month on creators, meanwhile I have a collection of 7 verified names that have informed me they have never received pay with promises of pay, supporting the community with their works enabling activities in the Syndicate to run with custom models and worlds.

GrandVitaMortem, why did you halt these supposed payments to the Syndicate Team? Why have I seen you take $50.00 from LoHawke to fix his arm after he lost it within the Dungeon Floor 1. It was in a Movie and Chill world to purchase weed. You claim it isn't enough to even feed yourself but what about the people who put serious man hours into your projects you consistently promise will be paid eventually. You have constantly told Avatar Creators to talk to DemonLordDan about payments but we still haven't seen the receipts for anything.

Grand has stated to people that he purchased <REDACTED>'s PC to help them out with donation money. PoiButler has shown the receipts for <REDACTED>'s PC as they purchased it for them.

This official statement claims that the GoFundMe didn't pay out, what happened to that 2.9K already sent over the course of the years? If you simply google how GoFundMe pays out unreached funding goals, you will see this is a blatant lie. In the case the context of the GoFundMe did pull money prior to the ending of the campaign, we have seen no proof anyone other than GrandVitaMortem himself has received payments. If you claim to pay people, why do all the creators of the Syndicate that have been contacted claim they have not been paid after being promised payments.

I was once a staff member in the Syndicate. I’ve worked in HR, been a leader of sorts… Did many things to help grow the community that I had grown to love at the time.

Over time, I watched this very fun and budding community turn into a toxic, power-hungry wasteland… And I warned many staff and such. I did my best to try and curb and turn it around, but instead my pleas and suggestions were either twisted, made to fail, or ignored in the process.

The Syndicate house I was in was manipulated and taken from myself and those who loved it and turned into just another vassal house under Mortem. Before, it was a small, stable house that I and its staff grew into an amazing mini-community, where majority of the members were having lots of fun. Then, all of us, staff and members, were manipulated and turned against one another over time, eventually leading to the fall of yet another great house. They even forced its Discord server deletion, even though a couple other inactive or dead houses still had theirs.

As for the HR team… Eventually we became non-existent, our numbers never reaching beyond single digits, despite the ever-growing need for us. If you were a Capo, you were essentially useless as a staff member, for any issues that were brought up were Underboss and above, and said issues couldn’t be discussed with you unless it was a Capo level issue. It was a staff role in constant demand, yet we were limited based on our level.

After finding out all that I know now, I write this in hopes that people understand why so many have left or have become inactive. I and many others have been “punished” for dealing with IRL things, including mental health, and left out of progression, despite many sacrifices I made to try and help the community behind the scenes.Be warned if you are staff… You WILL be worked sick without a drop of pay, yet expected to treat it like a proper job.

No taxes were paid on this, from a bit of research on the program, it seems they are likely a charitable organization as they have information to send payments to the charity on the official website. This would mean that the money received was tax-exempt and from a public charity.

Searching an official Arizona Government website to check business registrations, our team had found there was no entity with the name Mortisian within it.

It is to mention this was a huge dispute within the staff channels of the Syndicate. To what my research has suggested, it seems associates and friends of the editors of this website seems to be receiving secondary administrative punishments when in MS jurisdiction. This is the second time GVM has joined a call with PeacefulSammy, the Leader of Cerberus and a former Vassal House under the House of Mortem which split due to oppression by the leadership of the Syndicate and House of Mortem.

Lets go over the past incursion of this happening a few weeks ago, Samy is in a VC in the Syndicate with friends, GVM joins and tells them to leave they are not welcome. As of 2/27/2024 with Samy, he was in a VC in Sidewinder, was disconnected, rejoined only to notice the permissions have been removed for them to join a VC. In an investigation into the audit logs suggests GVM wishes to force PeacefulSamy into an apology for what seems to be an undefined action.

With the mountain of evidence this website has collected, this man has shown to not be stable enough to be in a leadership position. Enjoy the story!

After a deep dive of the Mortisian Syndicate, I have uncovered a rabbit hole. I fear this might be the first instance where I believe GrandVitaMortem may have commited a felony.

How has this money been spent towards the promises of seeking to change the world and develop the Mortisian Syndicate as a business. Where is the evidence of these funds being spent in these endeavors.

This document claims with the help of the people, the Syndicate would be established as a business. Where is the LLC's, where is the fruits of labor turning the world into a better place, where is the aid that has been distributed to people. These questions need to be answered GrandVitaMortem.

You claim to teach the next generations and educate people how to live and prosper with communal love and joy, you have built a community where you are now being audited by those who were close to you showing the distributions of money that was always claimed has not happened, when you involve money in good faith we need receipts.

As you can see below, the Syndicate is attempting to now claim ownership of characters within the Syndicate. Setting clear lines in which what they own and what they do not own on their character.

Realistically it is for you yourself to determine where the boundaries of IP's may be made, but it is a very disconcerting feature after being caught following up with players who have left the Syndicate to ensure they didn't use the same character as in the past.

In the past we have seen them go after characters before with conflicts of IP.

With the prescience established above, I believe it is fairly safe to assume that this is not a declaration to set a clear definition of what is Mortisian Syndicate IP and player IP but instead an overstepping of their implied authority over what they own on a character. While this TOS wouldn't hold up in a court of law, it is another tactic employed by the Syndicate to discourage dissent and control the freedom of former Mortisians.

Don't forget about the best part! If you sign up with your character, your email is now in the public domain tied to your username! Better have yourself a good password cause that's a vulnerability exposing all of their users! And from checking the list so far from what is registered, it seems a ton of people include their legal names in their email. Something to keep in mind.

So I guess they changed the name to The Mortisian Kingdom. Something something bla bla heard them joking about how the site isn't relevant to them anymore with the name change, so I guess I made them change their name? Regardless I'm putting the new name on here to change the search engine SEO to pickup The Mortisian Kingdom as a Google result to return here.

It was a wonderful place for a while, then it kinda faded into obscurity when I realized the nearly two years of work I've put in was replaceable and I was incentivized not to communicate with friends who weren't aligned with the Syndicate anymore.
